Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final
SkinRx Clinical does not offer returns or exchanges on any products. All orders are considered final at the time of purchase. We encourage you to reach out to us before placing an order if you have questions about a specific product, ingredient, or whether a product is right for your skin type. Our team is happy to assist you in making the right selection before you buy.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of every product we carry. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or broken, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
Send this information to info@skinrxclinical.com. Upon review, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. We reserve the right to request that the damaged item be returned before a replacement is issued.
Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery confirmation may not be eligible for replacement. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@skinrxclinical.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will correct the error promptly and cover any associated shipping costs for the replacement.
Shipping Domestic and International
SkinRx Clinical is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once an order has been handed off to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued. If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
For international orders, please be aware that customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are not the responsibility of SkinRx Clinical.
Appointment and Service Cancellations
SkinRx Clinical requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Appointment deposits are non-refundable.
Services rendered are non-refundable. If you have a concern about a treatment you received, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address it appropriately.
Digital Products and Consultations
All virtual consultations and digital products (including custom regimen plans or downloadable content) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
