Overview

SkinRx Clinical ships professional-grade skincare products directly to your door. Please review the following shipping information carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on a Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During high-volume periods such as promotions, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days. We appreciate your patience and will communicate any delays as promptly as possible.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12:00 PM EST)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the cart or current promotions for eligibility details.

International Shipping

SkinRx Clinical ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout.

Please be aware of the following for international orders:

  • Estimated delivery is 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Customers are solely responsible for any customs fees, duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are not covered by SkinRx Clinical.
  • Some products may be restricted or prohibited for import in certain countries. It is your responsibility to verify local import regulations before ordering.
  • SkinRx Clinical is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive your confirmation email.

You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using your provided tracking number. If you experience any issues with tracking, contact us at info@skinrxclinical.com with your order number.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

SkinRx Clinical is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been accepted by the carrier and a tracking number has been issued. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and are not guaranteed by SkinRx Clinical.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors or building management for any misdelivered packages.
  • Contact your local post office or carrier directly to file a claim.
  • If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at info@skinrxclinical.com and we will assist you in working with the carrier.

We strongly recommend adding shipping protection at checkout if available, particularly for high-value orders.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. SkinRx Clinical is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us at info@skinrxclinical.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days of the return, the order may be subject to restocking and will not be eligible for a refund.

Holiday and Peak Season Delays

Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons including major holidays. We recommend placing orders well in advance during these periods. SkinRx Clinical is not responsible for carrier delays during holiday or peak shipping seasons.
